Foundation

The Hans Veit and Johanna Dennert Foundation, which is subject to legal supervision by the government of Upper Franconia, will help people in need, regardless of their age, gender, religious denomination or marital status, if help is not provided by other organisations. In the long term, the founders will transfer all company shares to the foundation in order to ensure the long-term financial resources of the foundation and the fulfilment of the charitable purposes it pursues. This is also intended to contribute to the long term preservation of the PORAVER Group as the life‘s work of the founder Hans Veit Dennert.
